Paige Wagner

Lakeland is a special place. My husband and I moved to Lakeland from southern California in 2012 and have thrived in the Lakeland community. Whether it be starting Paige Wagner Homes Realty, remodeling historic homes in the Lake Hollingsworth area, or the journey of producing a Lakeland based documentary, The People Who Live There, Lakeland has been full of growth and opportunity!

Lakeland is the perfect place to grow and develop as a person or family. I began my real estate journey in 2014 and am so thankful for every customer, home, and situation that has made me a better and more well-rounded real estate Broker. I live and breathe real estate and strongly believe Realtors have a responsibility to do right unto people as we navigate our customers from where they are to where they want to be. I always say, buying and selling a home is an “art” not a “science.” It’s a process with many moving pieces and ever-changing scenarios that end up knitting their way together to give you your perfect home!

Sabrina O’Gorman

As a Lakeland native with deep local roots, I’ve been able to witness Lakeland’s great transformation over the years — from vast orange groves to a bustling city that maintains its small-town feel. Lakeland is where I grew up, where I fell in love with my high school sweetheart, and where we started a family of our own. It’s where I went to college, earning a degree in business marketing as well as my MBA. With a lifetime of memories here, and more in the making, my love for this city and its community is ever growing!

Real estate allows me to pair my passion for helping people with my passion for detail and streamlining processes. I recognize the value and the trust my clients place in me and I work hard to exceed their expectations by giving them the high-touch service and communication they deserve. Deborah Saley

Deborah graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in nursing. She transitioned into real estate after a 20-year career as a Registered Nurse. She’s been a licensed real estate agent since 2005 and a licensed Broker since 2015. She brings a solid foundation in real estate combined with an acute devotion to detail.

After living in Palm Beach County for three decades, she moved to Lakeland in 2004. She fell in love with its quaint, small town feel. As an enthusiastic resident of Lakeland, Deborah has her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market. She especially enjoys sharing her love of home ownership and expertise with first time homebuyers.

When Deborah isn’t helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, she loves spending time with her family. She’s been married to her husband for 31 years, has four children, two grandchildren, and a miniature Schnauzer named Myah. She’s very involved in her church and will gladly share her passion for helping people have healthy, biblically-based relationships and marriages.

Yolanda Floyd

For Yolanda Floyd, real estate isn’t about just selling homes — it’s about faith, family, and community. Her supportive nature sustains her clients as they move forward with major life decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Her dedication ensures she’ll always be there for them, long after closing.

Yolanda serves Lakeland, Florida and the surrounding areas, including Bartow, Lake Wales, Fort Meade, and Winter Haven. She helps clients in all stages and at all price points, from first time home buyers, relocation buyers and sellers, and luxury home sales. Yolanda strives to empower those she helps with reassurance and positivity. Having moved frequently as a child and as a single mom, she understands firsthand the significance of having a home sweet home and a caring community.

Married to her husband Frankie, who partners with her in real estate, and a mom to four boys and one girl, Yolanda keeps plenty busy in her “downtime.” All her sons play baseball — her two oldest competitively — while her ever-curious young daughter is discovering her own hobbies. Previous to real estate, Yolanda’s greatest experience was in ministry planting and leading a church for six years and still serves in her local church through women’s ministry and helps lead with Hope House, a non-profit for women in Bartow, FL.

Julia Saunders

Julia is a fourth generation Floridian, and second generation Realtor. After getting her license in 2011, Julia started her career as an administrative assistant but quickly realized she enjoyed selling homes much more. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University, Julia moved back to Lakeland and began working in real estate full time.

She loves helping first time homebuyers, out-of-town buyers, and everything in between. She also enjoys the challenge of casting vision for historic properties and homes that need a little bit of “love.” Julia truly believes your home is where your heart is so you should love the home you’re in!

Melissa Riesenberg

My husband and I are so blessed to call this beautiful, ever-growing, and creative city of Lakeland home! We moved to Lakeland from northern Kentucky in 2015 where we grew up and lived our whole lives. We love this city and the surrounding areas and all it has to offer.

I enjoy the adventure of finding buyers the perfect home they’ve always wanted. There is something special about navigating the journey with people who may have no idea what they are looking for to then finding the home they’ve always dreamed of! One of my favorite passions in real estate is listing property. I enjoy the challenge of having a home on the market that is not just extraordinary, pristine, well-loved and cared for, but is also the home of someone’s dream.

Real estate is not a job/career for me, it is my passion and hobby! I take great pride in the love, care, concern, and work ethic that I put into each individual, couple, and family that I have the honor to work alongside with.

Ariana Herring

I believe Lakeland is such a great place to call home! I was born and raised here and always planned to venture off as soon as I graduated high school. After living in Tampa for two years, I quickly realized that “there’s no place like home.” Lakeland is such a charming city with so much character and diversity.

I’ve worked in customer service since I was 17 years old and found my niche in real estate. I love helping people at any capacity, but nothing feels as rewarding than helping people find the perfect home!

Bryan Hutchison

Bryan and his wife, Susie, moved to Lakeland from Illinois in 2020. They chose to make Lakeland home for many reasons — the beautiful weather tops the list, but also Lakeland offers so many opportunities for work, play, and education.

Bryan has almost 30 years of healthcare background, ranging from patient care to medical device sales. Healthcare has taught Bryan so much in being able to help people and being there for them. With those years of experience, Bryan made a smooth transition into real estate. Bryan enjoys the opportunity to assist people in moving across the street or across the country like him.

Bryan and Susie have one daughter who attends college in Sydney, Australia. As a family, they love to explore Florida when she visits home for summer and fall break. Last but not least, they have a spoiled French Water Dog named Ivory.

Emerson Garriott

I moved from Indiana to Lakeland to attend Southeastern University in 2016. After graduating in 2019, I could not imagine leaving such a thriving city and made the easy decision to call Lakeland home!

One of the major factors that made me fall in love with Lakeland was the diversity in the styles of homes. It is unlike any other city I have visited, with so much history, charm, and personality! With Lakeland being a unique place where people can plant roots and own a piece of their city at a young age, I love empowering and facilitating the process for first-time home buyers to find their perfect home!

Jody Pagan

Born and raised in the vibrant communities of Polk County, Florida, I have a deep-rooted connection to the area that I now proudly serve as a real estate agent. My journey in life has been enriched by an amazing family, including my beloved husband and our four wonderful children. The guiding principles of my life are faith in Jesus Christ, the love of family, and a commitment to helping others.

As the outreach director of my local church, I’ve dedicated myself to positively impacting the lives of those around me, fostering community spirit and support within Polk County. My passion extends to jail ministry, where I have been privileged to aid in transforming lives, offering hope and guidance.

Joanna Angeles

I’m Joanna Angeles. I’m married with three amazing kids — two sons and a daughter. My kids are involved in sports and different activities. My family and faith mean everything to me. When I get some downtime I enjoy reading. Also, serving my community, like Hope House which is a nonprofit for Women in Bartow, Florida.

I started in real estate back in 2021, assisting agents as their transaction coordinator. Then, in January 2024, I decided to become a real estate agent myself because I love helping people and I want to be able to help them find their perfect home. Everyone deserves a place to call their own!

Chelly Manson-Spurlock

I grew up in a small town in Texas and married my husband in 2011, when we began our journey together. Our blended family consists of 7 beautiful children and 3 grandchildren. My husband works in the oil field industry, which has provided us the opportunity of residing in different areas. When I began my journey as a real estate agent, I became licensed in Texas in 2018. Then we moved to Idaho in 2021 and I became licensed there in 2022.

After feeling the Lord calling us to come serve alongside a Christian group we are part of, we moved to Lakeland, Florida and I am now currently licensed and active with Paige Wagner Homes Realty. I absolutely love being in the real estate industry and getting the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. Deysi Estrada

Hello! My name is Deysi. I was born and raised in Florida by immigrant parents who came from Mexico in the 1980s, seeking the American dream. Florida has been our home for nearly four decades, and I am deeply thankful for the opportunities this country has given us.

My faith is central to my life as a Christian, and I strive to serve others as the Lord has commanded. In 1996, my family and I moved to Bartow, where we have embraced this community as our own.

As a single mother of four wonderful children—Nathalia, Sebastian, Emmanuel, and Kailynn—I understand the importance of providing for a family. With nearly 20 years of work experience, including 14 years in a full-time role, I have honed my skills and dedication. Native Floridian and globetrotter, Marissa Tolotti, turns real estate into a relationship journey.
